UK Modern Slavery Statement

Modern Slavery Statement 2023

Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement for Namos Solutions.

The Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires qualifying businesses operating in the UK to disclose the steps and measures it has taken to ensure their business and supply chains are free from modern slavery.

Modern Slavery is a crime and violation of Human Rights. Namos Solutions don’t currently qualify under the current criteria to produce a statement, however. Namos Solutions is committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the abolition of modern slavery and human trafficking. Therefore an assessment of Slavery and Human Trafficking Risks has been completed. Due to the nature of our consulting business, we assess ourselves to have a low risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains.

The majority of Namos Solutions UK’s assets and operations are people-related and fall into two categories:

1. Namos Solutions own employees, and
2. Our Contingent workforce (including independent contractors and partners) the numbers of which fluctuate depending on demand.

All Namos employees and contingent workers can raise concerns and report risks via our internal escalation routes.

Our recruitment and people management processes are designed to ensure that all prospective employees are legally entitled to work in the UK. The HR department conduct thorough right to work checks in line with UKVI Home Office guidelines as part of our recruitment and onboarding processes. Our other business activities are minor by comparison and include the procurement of third party software, computer hardware and office supplies and services. It is our view that the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in these supply chains are low.
