The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a metric ranging from -100 to 100 that predicts overall company growth and customer lifetime value. The score helps companies measure and manage customer loyalty based on how likely they are to recommend a company to friends, family and business associates.
When Namos first introduced NPS in 2021, the eNlighten Managed Services team received an overall score of 18. Thanks to the continued company-wide focus on providing excellent customer experience and support to our customers, in 2022 our Managed Services team NPS score increased by further 49 points – achieving an outstanding NPS score of 67.
A score of 44 in the professional services industry is considered average, according to the Customer Gauge. This places us significantly ahead of the average score for our industry and is also a testament to the efforts of the team to consistently exceed our customer’s expectations and foster long-term partnerships with our Managed Services customer base.
