The Oracle Community awards are organised by the UK Oracle User Group (UKOUG). These awards are the most distinguished recognitions in the Oracle sector. The awards aim to celebrate the successes and achievements over the past year from all participants implementing and supporting Oracle Software. Most importantly, these awards are voted on by Oracle end-users themselves. This important element emphasises the genuine satisfaction and trust from our customers.

As a member of the Oracle Partner Network Namos is recognised as achieving expertise in three of Oracle’s ‘tracks’ – Sell, Service and Build.
We were also the first partner globally on Oracle’s Modernised Programme, showing our dedication as an Oracle exclusive partner and our ambition to ensure our consultants and Namos are accredited for the services we provide.

As well as our company wide accreditations, individuals at Namos are qualified for their relevant roles. For example some consultants within our Managed Service and delivery team hold ITIL qualifications.
Namos Solutions’ customer have awarded our Managed Service team with an impressive Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 67. in the rating spectrum, a score ranging from 50 to 70 is considered excellent. This high score showcases the high satisfaction and trust our customer place in our services.
