For many years working within Oracle Managed Services, I see the same issues time and time again, and one of these struggles are where organisations cannot efficiently keep on top of their Purchase Orders that require receipting.

This causes many frustrations for the Accounts Payable team who are forever chasing the business and Financial Accountants who have to deal with inaccurate recording of costs and liabilities due to delays in processing transactions. This has an impact to reported profits for a specific period and the suppliers who are waiting payment for items or services they have delivered, putting strain on relationships.

I especially see this impact those who are out and about, off site and do not have immediate access to a desktop or laptop. It creates such an admin burden and a drain on resources.

Well, look no further for this game changer! In Oracles 23A’s quarterly release you can now create a receipt and/or return orders on the go via the Oracle Responsive Self-Service Receiving application under the ‘My Receipts (New)’ tile on any mobile or tablet device.
