Our cloud customers have successfully transitioned to the Responsive UX and have waved goodbye to Classic. Oracle’s introduction over the last few months of its Responsive Experience has delivered a substantial change in how we interact and, process transactions. Oracle has without doubt delivered a better experience with the new UI. In doing so we have an improved way to search, improved navigation and an easier way to complete tasks.
The end of the Person Management App
This week saw the curtain come down on the New Responsive UX Office Hour roadshows.. and what a finale it was!
What’s been worrying Oracle HCM customers is the decommissioning of the Person Management App in 20C. Customers will still be able to use the App but Oracle will not be enhancing or supporting it from 20c. Simply put, its time to move on and embrace quick actions.
The human condition expects that if something you like is taken away or replaced, then you’d naturally expect or want something better back. Oracle haven’t disappointed us. Oracle gives us three ways of updating our person records. Not only is it just a simple way to navigate, but most importantly, it’s a faster way to get to that all important task.

Oracle’s intent is clear. Workers will get to that 1 task they want to do a lot quicker under the new Responsive UX.
